What’s the difference between serious and crazy?+
Serious videos use polished, professional visuals to show your business and offer. Crazy videos use playful, unexpected scenes and ideas. Both are created around what you want to promote, and you choose the exact mix.
How do the free previews work?+
You can request two approximately 10-second, partially completed video previews per company before buying. Your previews will be ready within 24–48 hours. These are short previews, not two finished paid videos.
How long are the finished videos?+
Each finished video is approximately 13–20 seconds long and includes one revision.
When will I receive my videos?+
Orders of up to 150 videos are delivered within 24–48 hours after purchase. Orders above 150 videos can take two or more days. We’ll confirm the schedule for larger orders.
What do I get when I subscribe?+
Your selected video quantity each month, plus 2 extra videos per 15 paid videos in your first paid month. For example, choose 300 videos and get 40 extras: 340 videos in your first month. The bonus is added once when you subscribe; future months contain your regular package quantity.
Can I buy once without subscribing?+
Yes. Choose One-time in the package selector. Each video is $20, starting at 30 videos for $600. One-time orders don’t include the subscription bonus.
Will you post the videos for me?+
This service creates and delivers videos for you to post. Your package arrives through a download link, with a ZIP to keep the batch together. Posting and ad management are not included.
